Perfect location in London, very friendly and helpful staff. Great value and clean rooms. Was there for two footy matches, proximity to the Underground and walking distance to the Thames. A great stay all around.
I wish I could give this Hotel 50 stars. The owners are so kind and helpful. They helped up find a laundry service, recommended places to go, and we're great with our little one. The rooms are SO spacious compared to other London hotels, quite clean as well. They even have heated bathroom floors! It's less than a 10min walk to 2 tube stations and tons of food/bar/dessert options again all within walking distance. I can tell you, we haven't even checked out yet, but this will be the only hotel we EVER stay at in London.

Amazing location. Easy to get to and so easy to get around London from here. First class service (we were given great insights into the local area) - comfortable and clean rooms (walls are quite thin but that can’t be helped!) - we will be back for sure. recommend
Fantastic budget hotel! Our room was lovely with a beautiful view and everything you need, including fridge, kettle, and iron with ironing board. Very clean, and we both had a great sleep. I am very sensitive to noise and light when sleeping, but it was very quiet, despite being in a very central location. Staff were fantastic and very welcoming. Brilliant value for money, highly recommended.
The hotel is on a lovely, quiet street but is within a few minutes of all the amenities Hammersmith has to offer. We were greeted by the lovely Theodore, who got us checked in and gave us lots of valuable information about the area and, importantly, how to get to The Apollo. As I am disabled he kindly moved us to a room with better access for me, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, and the linen fresh. There was complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but you are close to many food outlets. I was very happy with our stay and would certainly return for a further visit.
